Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase of and access to the online boxing course available on popovboxing.com (the “Website” or “Platform”).

The service is provided by:

By registering for, purchasing, or accessing our course, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence) to purchase and use this service.

The product offered is an online self-paced video boxing course based on the proprietary training methodology of Vladimir Popov (IFMA Muay Thai World Champion).

The course content consists of structured video lessons organized into three (3) main parts. The total number of individual lessons may be updated, supplemented, or expanded from time to time at our sole discretion.

Exclusions: Access granted under these Terms is strictly limited to the pre-recorded online video course. Personal training, private consultations, individualized feedback, and 1-on-1 coaching with Vladimir Popov are not included in this purchase and are sold separately outside this Platform under separate agreements.

• Initial Access Period: Upon successful payment of the initial purchase price, you are granted access to the course content for a fixed term of 3 consecutive months starting immediately from the exact date and time of payment confirmation. Access does not automatically renew, and lifetime access is neither offered nor implied.
• Access Renewal: You may extend your access for an additional 3 consecutive months by paying a one-off renewal fee. The renewal term begins on the date and time the renewal payment is processed. Any remaining days from an active access period do not carry over or add up to the renewal term.
• No Recurring Subscriptions: There are no automatic recurring billings or hidden renewal charges. All transactions on the Platform are one-time payments authorized directly by you.
• Expiration of Access: Once your 3-month access term expires (and is not renewed), access to the course content and user dashboard will be suspended automatically.

• Initial Purchase Price: €197 (385.30 лв.). The total amount charged to your payment card will reflect this fee.
• Renewal Fee: €149 (291.42 лв.). The total amount charged will reflect this fee.
• Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. POPOV PROFI EOOD does not collect, process, or store your payment card numbers, CVV codes, or full banking credentials.

Refunds: All refund inquiries are governed by our separate Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

This provision applies in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and relevant Bulgarian consumer protection legislation:

• The service consists of the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
• Access to the digital course content is made available to you immediately upon successful completion of the payment transaction.
• Explicit Acknowledgment: By purchasing the course and completing checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of this contract and access to the digital content. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) once the supply of digital content has begun.

Limited License: Subject to full payment and compliance with these Terms, POPOV PROFI EOOD grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to stream and view the course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You expressly agree that you will not:

• Share, distribute, sell, assign, rent, or transfer your account credentials to any third party.
• Screen-record, rip, download, copy, reproduce, broadcast, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the course videos, audio, text, or graphics.
• Circumvent or attempt to tamper with any content protection technologies, streaming mechanisms, or access controls.

Ownership: All intellectual property rights, trademarks, methodology, video recordings, audio tracks, and written content on the Platform remain the exclusive property of POPOV PROFI EOOD and its licensors. Unauthorized use is a violation of international copyright laws and will result in immediate termination of access without refund, as well as potential civil and criminal liability.

• Voluntary Participation and Inherent Risk: Boxing and martial arts training are physically demanding activities that carry an inherent risk of physical injury, strains, sprains, cardiovascular distress, or other health complications. You acknowledge that you voluntarily undertake all training, exercises, and drills demonstrated in the course entirely at your own risk.
• Medical Consultation Advised: The course materials are intended solely for general informational and educational purposes and do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified medical professional or general practitioner before beginning any new physical exercise or boxing program, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions or physical limitations.
• Assumption of Responsibility: POPOV PROFI EOOD, Vladimir Popov, and their affiliates assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, accident, physical discomfort, or property damage resulting directly or indirectly from your execution of the techniques or workouts shown on the Platform.

• “As-Is” Service: The service and course materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or achieving specific athletic results.
• Exclusion of Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POPOV PROFI EOOD, its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the course shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to POPOV PROFI EOOD for access to the course during the 3 months preceding the incident.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity carried out through your account. You must notify us immediately at support@popovboxing.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if we detect suspicious access patterns (e.g., simultaneous logins from multiple geographic locations), sharing of login details, or breaches of our intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice by sending an email to the address linked to your account. Your continued access to the Platform after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

Statutory Protections: If you are an EU resident consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside.
