General rule on digital content
Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and national implementing legislation, consumers generally enjoy a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts.
However, an express statutory exception applies to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Because full access to the video lessons on popovboxing.com is activated and provided to you immediately upon successful payment:
- You expressly request and agree to immediate access to the course content during the checkout process.
- You explicitly acknowledge that by receiving immediate access to the digital content, you forfeit and lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.
- Consequently, sales of access to the course are considered final upon successful activation.
Discretionary refund requests
- We review refund requests strictly on an exceptional, case-by-case basis at our sole discretion (for example, in the rare event of an unresolvable technical failure on our platform that completely prevents you from accessing the lessons and which our support team cannot remedy within a reasonable timeframe).
- Subjective dissatisfaction, lack of personal time to complete the lessons, or failure to consult a physician prior to purchasing do not qualify as grounds for a discretionary refund.
- Effect of a Refund on Account Access: If a refund is granted by POPOV PROFI EOOD as a matter of goodwill or customer satisfaction: your access to the course content, user dashboard, and video player will be terminated immediately; your account will be revoked or downgraded to inactive status; and the refund will be credited back exclusively to the original payment method processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Interaction with the 3-month access term and renewal purchases
- Initial 3-Month Term: Access remains active for exactly 3 months from the date of purchase. Forfeiture of the right of withdrawal applies to this entire term from the initial moment access is delivered.
- Access Renewals (€149 / 291.42 лв.): Renewal purchases grant an immediate extension of access for an additional 3 months. Renewal purchases requested within 24 hours of the renewal payment may be refunded, provided no new video content was streamed during that window. Renewal payments do not restore past or expired periods; they begin on the date the renewal payment is processed.

If you encounter technical difficulties logging in, streaming video lessons hosted on Bunny.net, or viewing course materials, you must notify our technical support team before initiating any dispute:

- Please include your account email, a detailed description of the error, and relevant screenshots or browser details. We will make all commercially reasonable efforts to restore your access promptly.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@popovboxing.com to resolve any billing confusion or inquiry. Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute through your bank without prior contact may result in the immediate suspension of your account pending dispute resolution.
